Visits
to Ten Mile Lake have been a family love and tradition for four generations
of Ball descendants. We joke that none of us would marry someone who cannot
love the lake like we do. It is difficult to explain the magic of this place,
but some words that come to mind are family, nature, vacation, sunsets, cool
weather, fishing, swimming, and the simple joy of escaping the stress of everyday
life. Hopefully the photos on the next few pages will illustrate why we have
such affection for this lake, just one in the midst of so many others in northern
Minnesota.
